Love it!I purchased my Kivik sectional about 2 months ago, from my local IKEA store. Delivery was fast (next morning). I ordered the chaise, sofa, and corner (which is actually the corner piece with a loveseat). I LOVE the size of it! Plenty of room for my family of 3, plus 2 dogs that like to take up as much space as possible. Assembly was not as hard as I was anticipating. The corner piece was the hardest. Putting the cushion covers on was a bit of a fight, but at least they are not loose. The Kivik is quite firm straight out of the box, but I actually like that about it (nothing was vacuum packed like other reviews have mentioned). It doesn't seem like I will ever experience sagging cushions. I vacuum my sectional almost daily, due to my dogs. I have not tried washing the covers yet. Spot cleaning has been easy so far. I purchased the anthracite covers, which is described as a dark gray. But to me it seems more like a very dark navy blue, with some grayish undertones. Nothing in my home is gray, and it coordinates just fine. I would like it if the armrests were a little bit higher, but overall I love this sectional... the seat depth, seat height, and back height are all perfect!

Great piece of furnitureBought this to fit our media room so all the kids friends could have places to sit for movies and video games. If you try out the display model in the store, it is pretty comfortable. This is extremely firm when new, so hope it will soften up some with use.
It goes together easy enough, but getting the covers on the cushions was quite hard.
The chase lounge had the back cushion vacuum packed, so is rather flat and does not fill the cover well. Hoping it will continue to expand to match the rest of the cushions that were not vacuum packed.
They had a 3.5 model Kivik couch in the store that sat about 3 inches higher, and seemed to be more comfortable. Wish they make that version into this sectional.
This sectional sits too low for our liking, so I added blocks to the legs to raise it up 3 inches and is perfect for comfort and being able to get the older people out of it.
